ATLAS REAL ESTATE MANAGEMENT S.A.

Atlas Real Estate Management S.A. is a Costa Rican Corporation with interests in real estate and property management. Supported by years of management and construction experience that exceeds in the overseeing of construction development, residential, and commercial properties. Atlas Real Estate Management S.A. manages properties of individuals who live outside of Costa Rica and administers consultants for implementing construction development to newly arriving corporations from abroad.

JOSEPH BERTOLINI

Mr. Bertolini, a graduate of Saint Peter’s College earning a Bachelor of Arts degree, also has an Associate degree in Computer Technologies. With over twenty-five years of management experience in corporate, commercial and the construction fields. Mr. Bertolini is also currently involved as a construction consultant for Empresas Navco de Costa Rica S.A. since 2002.

Joseph is a General Manager of Navco Enterprises LLC. Based out of New Jersey, USA since 1999; Vice President and Co-owner of Atlas Real Estate Management since 2004. Mr. Bertolini is also a Partner and Project Manager of the Papagayo Estates in Costa Rica.

EDGAR NAVARRO

Mr. Navarro attended the Engineering School at Costa Rican Institute of Technology and Engineering Science of Mercer Community College, New Jersey, USA. In 1996 Edgar founded a construction company in New Jersey, Navco Enterprises LLC, and has been working with prestigious companies such as Toll Brothers, Pulte Homes, Tom Mack Contractors and Dewson Homes.

Edgar has managed and raised his company to a multi million dollar business, diversifying his construction operations in USA to International level based in Costa Rica. Edgar is now a co-owner of Empresas Navco de Costa Rica S.A., and Atlas Real Estate Management Company.
